Suits You offers a  3-day exchange policy subjected to below conditions. Suits You can amend the policies without pre/post amendment notice to the users.

“An exchange is the replacement of a product with an identical item when it meets our exchange eligibility criteria.”

1.Expiration of exchange window - exchange request not submitted within 3 days of receiving the product will not be considered.

2.Used product - Products which are used/ironed/washed/stained/plaster sticking to each other/ damaged at customer end will not be eligible for exchange.

3.Size issue - Product dimensions are clearly mentioned in the website. Request you to go through it before ordering. Exchange ​will not be eligible for size concerns.

4.Colour issue - Products are not eligible for exchange due to color preference, perceived differences, or variations from website images. Minor shade differences may occur because of display settings and dyeing variations, and do not qualify for exchange.

5.Return in Original Condition - Products must be returned in original condition with the box, release paper, and unused adhesive tape intact; otherwise, exchange is not applicable.

6.Change of mind - Products are not eligible for exchange due to change of mind after purchase.

7.Delay in shipment - we strive for timely delivery; however, delays beyond our control are not eligible for compensation, exchange or cancellation.
